Registered Nurse (RN) – General Practice

NURSING WITH PURPOSE! Acacia Country Practice (ACP) is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our rural healthcare team.

About the Role
We offer flexible part-time or casual employment, with negotiable hours ranging from 1–4 days per week.
Working alongside our GPs, nurses and management team, you’ll help deliver comprehensive primary healthcare across all stages of life, with a strong focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
- Conduct health assessments and preventative health activities
- Support chronic disease management and care planning
- Provide immunisations, wound care and other clinical procedures
- Perform patient triage and clinical observations
- Deliver health promotion and patient education
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
